I will generally mind your child between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. I am not available at a weekend or on Bank or Public Holidays. However, alternative hours may be possible on request. All rates are per child.

HOURLY RATE: £5.00
A minimum charge of £10, or the equivalent of 2 hours is charged per day for any one child or booking.

FULL DAY RATE: £40.00
This is based on your child being in my care between the hours 8am up until 6pm.
Additional hours will be charged at £7.50.

My holiday or my occasional days off: No fee

I reserve the right to take 4 weeks unpaid annual holiday each year (out of term).
These will be 1 week over Easter, 2 weeks during the Summer holidays & 1 week over Christmas.
I will give parents no less than 8 weeks notice of these exact holiday dates.

On rare occasions, I may need to take the day off for an appointment or family activity.  I will give you these days as far in advance as possible so that you can arrange alternative care for your child. I will also try to pick a day that is convenient to the majority of parents, if possible.  These days will be considered as unpaid holidays for me.

YOUR HOLIDAY/OCCASIONAL DAYS OFF/BANK HOLIDAYS: Full fee
MY SICKNESS: No fee
YOUR CHILD’S SICKNESS: Full fee

CHILD TAX CREDITS
Please be aware that dependant upon your financial circumstances you may be able to claim a percentage of your childcare costs back from the government.

VOUCHERS AND ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS
Many companies offer childcare voucher schemes or payment for a percentage of childcare via electronic payment. I am happy to accept all voucher schemes and payment by any method providing it falls within the terms of my contract.

Payment of fees

I can accept cash or cheques when settling your fees.  I would ask that payment is made in advance of the forthcoming week.  This should be made on the first day of your child’s time with me that week.

Should any late payment be submitted, an additional charge of £5 per day will be applied.

If any arrears do occur, I do withhold the right to withdraw my care until your account is up to date.
