Pipsqueaks Childminding

Routine

I believe routine is important for a child to feel secure in their environment. In the morning the children are generally having breakfast, for those who want it, followed by the “school run”.

For those children not attending school, after dropping off we will visit local toddler groups, book & toy libraries, childminders drop-in centres and shops around the village.

For those on a full day (as well as after school) I have lots of things for your child to do. I have books, toys, equipment, resources and theme-based activities to stimulate development in all age groups (see below for list of things to do). I will try to vary the activities so that the children will have the opportunity to explore many new and different things, whilst also giving them time to learn to play with others and by themselves.

During school holidays, I plan each day of the week so there is always something to look forward to, different activities, trips to local parks or perhaps a day trip out to such places as Tatton Park, a trip on the train to visit The Science and Industry Museum or a day out at Stockley Farm to see the animals.
